CANCELLATIONS: Payments are fully refundable if notified 60 days prior to trip and 50% refundable if notified 30 days prior to trip. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Cancellations for the months of December and January must be made by October 1 or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy. Rates do not include a 10% standard Jamaican service charge which does not serve as staff tipping or mandatory 8.25% government hotel bed tax. All payments must be made in full upon making reservations, unless reservation is booked 4 or more months in advance and total is over US$3,000, which then requires 50% payment upon making reservations and 50% balance due 60 days prior to stay. 50% deposit payment option not applicable for the month of December.


Inclement Weather Disclaimer

We suggest the purchase of travel insurance for those times of "Acts of God" when the airports close, cancel, or delay flights. In these cases we will offer resort credit for a future stay.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and be sent via email to reservations@negril-hotels.com or to Vacation Properties, LTD - P.O. Box 481, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84110.

Those cancellations that meet our policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated less 5% credit card fee for those payments made by credit card.

Refund will be issued by check and will be processed within 21 business days from receipt of writen request.
